An entry-level job that doesn’t suck.

Rendezvous Axe throwing is looking for about 6 staff. Every member of the team will be trained for all positions:

• Axe Master – teach guests how to throw an axe and use the projected target’s multiple game modes
• Point of sale – get guests checked in, waivers signed, card for alcohol, and food orders entered
• Kitchen – make the food customers choose from our simple menu
• Float – help where needed: clearing tables, checking bathrooms, help check people in, run food, and assist the Axe Master

Business hours (open 21 hours per week):

• Thursday: 5pm-10pm
• Friday: 5pm-10pm
• Saturday: 11am-10pm (shifts are split 11-4pm & 4pm-10)

In the perfect world, 3 perfect candidates would work all listed hours in addition to 30 minutes before and after we open to prep/wrap up for the day (24 hours/week total). HOWEVER, we know for many people this may not be realistic. Therefore, we are looking to hire 6 people. These 6 people would work at least 2 shifts per week. We would like to have 3 people clocked in during each shift in addition to the 2 owner/operators. This means we would have 2 floats and 1 of each other position listed. Our hope is that this is the best way to not be short staffed, but also run a lean enough staff to have a great starting pay of $20 for all staff.
